Haney Neptunes Aquatics Club

Hi Everyone!
My name is Allison Campbell and I am excited to join you as the Neptunes’ newest
Head Water Polo Coach! While I may be a new face to most of you, I find myself
back in a familiar place with Haney. I stepped onto the pool deck here as a Neptune
for the first time almost 25 years ago and both swam and played water polo with the
club for many years.
My playing career continued at the club level with Pacific Storm, where I worked my
way onto the Junior National Team roster. After competing at the Junior World
Championships, I went on to play in college for both the University of Maryland and
Indiana University.
As my playing career was wrapping up, I found my way back to the Neptunes as an
assistant coach for three summers a few years back. I enjoyed my time as a coach
here so much that when the opportunity presented itself to help bring back the water
polo program after a two-year hiatus, I knew I had to be involved!
I am ready to share my knowledge and passion for water polo with a new group of
athletes whether you come out for a practice, a season, or you stick with water polo
for life like I did!
